Our Return policy is 30 days on new goods, provided they are returned unopened, in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned items. Shipping fees are non refundable.
If you receive an item and it is significantly different from what you were led to believe you were purchasing, email us and we will supply you with a return code, and refund your money once we have received the item and inspected it and found it to be significantly different. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Used items are not eligible for return, unless they are significantly different from described.
All items to be returned must receive a RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER before being returned.
